  • Includes collection of electronic items such as TVs, computers, sound systems, and other large equipment.

  • Customers must prepare e-waste for pickup before our team's arrival.

  • At Simple Support's discretion, we may refuse to pick up hazardous items such as leaking batteries and other chemical-related products.

• Pricing:

  • Services start at $45.

  • Hard drive removal and wipe service priced at $75.

  • Additional fees may apply for larger quantities, special handling, or specific disposal requirements.

  • Full pricing details will be provided upon request and during scheduling.

• Data Security:

  • We ensure secure data destruction for all devices collected.

  • Certificates of data destruction are available upon request for your records.

• Scheduling and Cancellations:

  • Appointments must be scheduled at least 48 hours in advance.

  • Cancellations require a minimum of 24-hour notice to avoid a cancellation fee equivalent to the service charge.

  • Rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur additional fees.

  • We are not responsible for any data left on devices; customers must ensure all personal data is backed up and removed prior to pickup.

  • We are not liable for any pre-existing damage to the devices collected.

  • Documentation of eco-friendly disposal is provided upon request.
